The Financial Economic Crime (FEC) department is having an overview of the client’s activities within our financial systems. This allows us to identify when clients activities are not acting in line with laws and regulations, for example when clients have unclear corporate structures, process money laundering transactions or trade with sanctioned countries.

You and your job As Project Manager Transaction Monitoring, you are responsible for the governance, structure, support and documentation of the change programs of Transaction Monitoring. This requires strong stakeholder management, operational oversight, a structural approach, great relationship management and a getting-things-done mentality. You will operate as a central point of contact to guide and support in achieving FEC change the bank & run the bank deliverables. As Project Manager Transaction Monitoring at Rabobank you will contribute to achieving the purpose of the FEC TM domain by focusing several different projects within the TM domain.
Responsibilities/Requirements
- You are a strong sparring partner for our stakeholders, with a thorough knowledge of the FEC TM domain
- An independent expert with the ability to signal trends and provide reports/management information.
- You keep up to date with relevant developments, observe bottlenecks and translate them into process and/or policy improvements.
- Work closely together with the TM teams to understand the challenges
- You have a proactive and hands-on approach, with a strong focus on quality and adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide solicited and unsolicited professional advice to colleagues from FEC TM, the business and (senior) management.
You and your talent Must have:
• Bachelor with 10-15 years of experience
• Master with 5-10 years of experience
• In depth knowledge of and experience with Transaction Monitoring
• Experience with Risk Management
• Strong sparring partner for stakeholders in and outside of the department
• Decision-making capabilities based on independent judgement
• Pro-active and hands on approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Knowledge and understanding of financial service
