Voor deze functie zijn stakeholdermanagement, teamplayer en projectmanagement heel belangrijk. Ook is de nodige werkervaring hierin belangijker dan de opleiding (HBO/universiteit). Daarnaast dient de kandidaat communicatief heel vaardig te zijn. Graag zien we CDD én projectmanagement ervaring terug in de aangeboden profielen.

Main objectives
The W&R CDD Model Development & Monitoring Team researches, designs and develops statistical models on an on-going basis (Run the Bank). In addition, the team works on project(s) to solve an existing problem or to enhance the current design, process and/or governance (Change the Bank). To further strengthen the Change the Bank model-related activities, we are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager in a contingent position.

Activities
The main project to manage will be the development and implementation of a new CDD workflow for event assessments. This project is a complete overhaul of an existing process and redesigned to structurally solve multiple problems. By construct, trade-offs are unavoidable, hence there is a delicate balance to maintain and manage various stakeholder's expectations.

This role requires strong expertise in Project Management, Stakeholder management and CDD as well as affinity with Data and IT. In parallel there will also be ad-hoc projects to manage.

Skills and Knowledge
- HBO/university;
- Experience in Project management and CDD role on a senior level;
- Critical mind-set and are interested in working in a complex, global stakeholder field;
- Excellent communication skills and organizational sensitivity;
- Able to handle complex issues, diverse stakeholders, and function as a strong team player;
- Dedicated and can remain calm and composed under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality results;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable and confident in presenting complex ideas in the English language. Proficiency in the Dutch language is an advantage
